When do the live streams take place?
We go live on Mondays–Thursdays from 7:00 to 10:00 PM, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 12:00 to 3:00 PM.
Where can I watch the live streams?
Live streams take place on our Facebook profile. While a stream is live, a bar with a direct link to it appears at the top of the shop.
How do I link my live-stream purchases with my shop account?
Log in and go to My account, then use the “Connect account” option. Once your account is linked with Messenger, products ordered during live streams will be added to the same order.
How can I return purchased products?
Use the online return form in the Returns section. Fill in the form and conveniently send your parcel.
How do I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account and go to My account → Orders. You will find a list of your orders along with their current status.
What delivery options are available?
We ship orders to InPost parcel lockers and via courier, including international delivery. You will see the exact cost and available delivery options in your cart before placing the order.
